Acts through plug-in executors
Pluggable executors and data sources: a CMDB, HR documents, billing documents and your own. The model sees a schema of your data, never the raw data.
Workflows as data
Workflows are defined as data and the engine enforces each step, with approvals and declines that lead to another solution until someone approves.
Who can see what
Per-domain access control to data sources, and requester-level authorisation, so answers respect each person's rights.
Semantic search
Document search by meaning, with a local layer that avoids a model call where it can and falls back to the model when it is unsure.
Agent Nodes
Remote nodes read data sources that live elsewhere, over TCP or HTTPS, and behave as if the source were local to Observe.
Runs on Windows and Linux
Docker quick start and native installers. Python and Flask on the back end, React on the front end with no build step.
Keeps model use down
Prompts are kept small and the model is skipped wherever the local layer is sure. Chat runs on Groq today and other models can be used.
What you receive
The complete source and intellectual property, as one package. There is no ongoing support after the sale.

- Tenzari Solutions sells Observe once. On full payment it assigns to you its rights in the software, including the copyright, and keeps no copy. After the sale Observe is withdrawn and cannot be bought again.
- Delivery is one zip file, sent to your email address as a download link once payment is confirmed. The link lasts 14 days and allows up to 5 downloads, so please save your copy straight away.
- An accepted offer holds Observe for you for a limited time while you pay. If payment is not received in that time the hold is released.
- All sales are final. South African law applies.
